Composed of 100% Sauvignon Blanc, the 2017 Blanc has electric intensity and scents of pure mandarin peel, pink grapefruit, yuzu zest and crushed stones. The palate is medium-bodied, very elegant, intense and crisp, finishing long and chalky.
