Parker - Wine Advocate Robert M. Parker, Jr. (86-88 Punkte)
A potential sleeper of the vintage from the village of St.-Christoly, this well-made Medoc is composed of 69% Merlot and 31% Cabernet Sauvignon. It reveals black currant fruit notes intertwined with dusty, loamy soil and roasted herb characteristics, medium body, an excellent mid-palate, plenty of charm and suppleness and a solid finish. Drink it over the next 4-5 years.

Solid, with a plump core of pineapple, yellow apple and lemon curd flavors, backed by green plum and coconut notes on the finish. Unctuous, showing good depth for the vintage. Best from 2016 through 2024. Tasted twice, with consistent notes. 750 cases made.

Mittleres Gelb, lindengrüne Nuancen darin, leuchtend. Gekochter Golden-Delicious, feine Harznoten, Mirabellen. Im Gaumen zuerst sehr süss, dann mit einer sehr gut balancierten Säure aufwartend, mineralisches Finale. Sehr gut gelungen und kann noch zulegen.
