The 2016 Grand Village Blanc is a blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Sémillon picked between 9-12 September. It has a lively gooseberry and conference pear scented bouquet that leaps from the glass. The palate shows some tropical tones on the entry, orange peel and lemongrass aromas poking through the citrus fruit with a little more fatness on the finish than the 2015 last year. Enjoy this over the next five or six years.
